I am getting the "gummy bear" silicone. They don't leak ;)

I will be having my exchange surgery soon and I decided to go with silicone. My plastic surgeon recommended this type. My decision was made after talking to his wife who has silicone and she loves them. She said they do feel very real. Best of luck with your choice and I pray all goes well for you.

I wouldn't look at it as 'when' there is a leak. Go with what you want. I was going to go with silicone cuz I read they felt more real. Not once did I worry about a leak. I ended up getting saline cuz of the look & size I wanted. I don't know who said silicone felt more real cuz mine feel pretty real to me.

Thanks for the response! What was it about the look that appealed to you more with saline?

Higher cleavage & a bigger size. The biggest implant is an 800 but with saline it can be filled up more. I have 1000 cc's in mine.
