Everyone's different... The first few times, watermelon was a saving grave for me. And plenty of fluids. I really did well with bland food--plain whole wheat pasta with plain red sauce and cheese, crackers with cream cheese, pretzels. But tried to get fruits and veggies too. I could only tolerate broccoli for the first few days after and I eat tons of veggies normally

Alice, I tried lasagna, eggs, baked potato, watermelon, grapes, cantelope, and yogurt (strawberry). Drink plenty water and anything that taste good to me remember alot of things are going to taste different but the more things you can try and see what taste great to you. Good luck!

I had lots of the issues - nausea, diarrhea, mouth sores, food aversions. I'd go with easy to digest food (cooked veg) with lots of health value. Soups and stews, fruit/veg juice, smoothies, warm teas (little to no caffeine) , protein, fruit sauce. Lots of fluids. Good luck !
